Kirsti walked into her first yoga class at the age of 21 with a multitude of ballet injuries. Having heard that yoga was a great way to restore the body’s balance, she was hoping to find some physical relief in between ballet classes. What she found was that yoga not only healed her body but her mind and soul too and so began her practice.
After completing her Architecture degree and trying to figure out what to do with her life, she enrolled on the 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training course at AIR yoga. In 2018 she followed it up with a 30hr Advanced Teacher Training at the Shala.
Expect carefully sequenced asana and lots of bhakti and dharma mixed with a sense of humour and open mindedness.

“Yoga has helped me to heal, to find myself, to forgive myself and to connect to other beings in ways I didn’t think possible. It’s like a magical shift that guides you and helps you learn from even the hardest life experiences.”
