About me
Born and raised in South Africa, where the beach and outdoor activities was a huge part of my childhood. I went to University to study a business degree during this time I got involved in the fitness industry, teaching group classes and Personal training. I then moved to London, where for a short period I worked in a bank, I quickly moved back into doing what I loved, the fitness world, where I continued to Personal train and teach classes. The yoga journey started initially to increase my flexibility and iron out any injuries, I soon realised it not only made me stronger and more flexible than ever before, it also gave me a great sense of calm and awareness.
I have lived and worked both in London and Los Angeles as a yoga instructor. I am inspired to guide others to experience the benefits of yoga and meditation.
