Mel began practicing regularly at AIR Yoga after attending a Chakra Tuning Workshop with a friend. The more she practiced, the more connected she felt – spiritually, emotionally and physically. In 2016 Mel completed a 200Hr Vinyasa Teacher Training Course at AIR Yoga under the teachings of Misch, Jill and her mentor, Jay Mac.
If not at the studio you will probably find her halfway up a mountain, getting creative in the kitchen or hanging out with friends.
