In 2014 Megan completed her 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training with Jim Harrington and a meditation course through Liz Welsh. She has been teaching Vinyasa yoga for 2 years and incorporates aromatherapy oils in her classes as she believes it adds a very personal touch. It helps her yogi’s connect to their breath more so than usual and relaxes them completely.
At the beginning of this year Megan completed her Suspension teacher training through Geraldine Anderson. She also has a circus background of 8 years so she is really in her element teaching Aerial Yoga.
