Soft Flow Yoga

Soft flow yoga (vinyasa) is a gentle workout practiced at moderate pace. In each class the sequence is slightly different and you will have the chance to experience a variety of postures moving from standing through sitting postures, forward and back bends, inversions, twists and balancing postures. They all flow through the movements linked with the breath. This style is suitable for begginers.
