Pure Flow Yoga

Pure flow yoga (vinyasa) is a challenging workout to build strength, flexibility and stamina. In each class the postures are different, however they all flow through the movements linked with the breath.
You will have the chance to experience a variety of postures moving from standing through sitting postures, forward and backbends, inversions, twists and balancing postures.
